Silent Auction for Scholarship Fund

PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: Cindy L. Towers, 410-479-2622 MARYLAND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION TO HOLD BENEFIT AUCTION. The Maryland Emergency Management Association will hold their fifth annual silent auction to be held May 29, 2009 in Ocean City, Maryland during the Annual Maryland Emergency Management Conference. All proceeds from the auction are donated the Maryland Emergency Management Association Scholarship Fund to promote the Emergency Management profession in the State of Maryland. The Association is dedicated to giving back to our profession and to have some fun at the same time. Currently, the Association gives up to five scholarships per year to Maryland High School Seniors. The Association is currently soliciting donations for auction items. If you would like to contribute to the auction, please contact Cindy Towers, Auction Chair @ 410-479-2622.
