FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MARYLANDEMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION TO HOLD THE 7TH ANNUAL BENEFIT SILENT AUCTION.
The Maryland Emergency Management Association will hold their seventh annual silent auction to be held June 1, 2011 in Ocean City, Maryland during the Annual Maryland Emergency Management Conference. All proceeds from the auction are donated to the Maryland Emergency Management Association Scholarship Fund to promote the Emergency Management profession in the State of Maryland.
The Association is dedicated to giving back to our profession and to have some fun at the same time. Currently, the Association gives up to five scholarships per year to Five Maryland High School Seniors.
The Association is currently soliciting donations for auction items. If you would like to contribute to the auction, please contact Cindy Towers, Auction Chair at 410-479-2622 or e-mail at ctowers@carolinemd.org.
